Interview
The interview process was a very smooth process. It was easy for me to understand. Communication was great and reassuring. Very quick and simple. Straight forward and responsive. Nothing was too complicated or confusing to answer of to follow directions.
The interview went great Casey is super welcoming. i learned alot about survey. We talked about the staff to patient ratios. I learned that orientation is a 10 day process.

Why should they choose me over any other candidate?
The interview was informative, and I was introduced to the supervisor as well as the DON. Everyone appeared respectful. I was given a tour of the building to see how the facility look
Ms. Bethel was absolutely amazing! The facility felt welcoming and everyone I encountered had a smile on their face. When she asked me questions I felt that she really cared about my answers which points to me that there is great communication which is important to me.
