Professional, informative, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Nice and clean facility. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The patient was well kept and seemed to be really comfortable, and happy in the facility.

Cynthia was nice and greeted me and I felt I had a nice interview of her getting to know me. She showed me around building and explained more about the facility. She introduced me to staff along the way. Afterwards she extended an offer. I feel it went smoothly.
