Virtual interview through Microsoft Teams. The first few minutes consist of meeting the interviewer and getting settled into the interview space. The interviewer took the first several minutes of the interview to tell about their organization.

It was a formal interview process. Professional and considered. Took a ridiculous amount of time from start to finish though. Apart from that it was all very official. Not bad.
