Got a call from recruiter for a screening interview. And then 1st round with hiring manager. The interviewer didn't really listen or focus on my answers during interview, so I noticed this is just a formality or they already had someone for this role. It ended after 25 minutes which is very short. Not a good or professional experience at all.
