I applied online. I interviewed at Providence in Mar 2022
Interview
On three separate occasions, I was stood up by individual and panel interviewers with no notices prior or subsequent to the scheduled interviews. A person who identified herself as a staff attending only to sit in could not locate any of the panel assigned to interview me and after around 20 minutes, exasperated after receiving only a reply from one of the panel members stating that she had a conflict at the time, said to me, 'I'll just do it'. The interview was not organized and did not follow a 'behavioral model' and only lasted 10 to 15 minutes max. The same day, I saw the position reposted and shortly thereafter received a rejection letter although I was qualified for the position, and made several attempts to report that I had not been properly or fairly interviewed for the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Discuss a time when a crisis arrived and how you resolved it.
The whole process included two separate video interviews plus text communications on salary expectations and other simple questions. Video interviews were disappointing as most of the interview team was not on camera.
