I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Providence (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2023
Interview
They outreached to me on LinkedIn, saying the position was remote. I was two interviews in when it turned out it was not remote, and I would have to move with my own funds to fulfill the requirements to have the job. I ended the process of my own accord due to this.

Interview
Process was entirely virtual and included three levels of interviews: HR, executive director and then the broader team. Efficient and quick feedback process that lead to an offer. Onboarding was also entirely online through the organization’s learning management system. Overall very seamless.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Providence (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Pretty straightforward text questions almost immediately after applying. First round interview was very casual, more culture-fit with the hiring manager. I was given a 2 week timeline which ultimately ended up being stretched into over 2 months with virtually no communication from the hiring manager and recruiter, despite multiple follow-ups.
