Very straight forward, Approachable , no cover letters required. Staff were professional and understanding. The interview should take about 30-40 min max. About 4 behavioral questions 1 case study 1 prioritization question and SBAR

One on one interview on Teams. Questions to determine if you're a good fit for the unit. Also will ask what you know about the organization and why you want to work for them.

Have you cared for stroke patients? What are the signs of stroke and what would you do if your patient started exhibiting those signs?
The interview took place over teams. They asked behavioral based questions and wanted specific examples from your own experience for each question. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I was nervous at first but the people interviewing me were friendly.
Panel interview based on each unit. Mostly you can choose your preference or whichever unit has more openings. Panel interview ranges from 3-5 people who will ask questions about yourself.
