This was for a Family Care Coordinator position at the Alaska CARES clinic at Providence in Anchorage, Alaska. After I submitted my application with resume and cover letter, I quickly received an email for a text-based screening. I completed the screening and then received an email offering a virtual interview. The virtual interview was with a manager at the clinic and was sort of a pre-screen to be sure I understood what services the clinic provides and was still interested. I later received a call from the manager offering me an in person interview. The in person interview was with a panel including the manager and several other team members. The next day, I received a call from HR offering me the position which was followed by an email with the offer letter.
