Interview process is a 3-step process at least during COVID times.
1.) Submit recorded responses to a handful of questions.
2.) Interview with a panel of people in the position
3.) Interview with reporting manager(s)
From what I understand, if you pass this then you move into background checks and everything else.
FYI - Any mention of potential salary range will not be mentioned until at or after the 3rd interview.
Personally I find it very unappealing and unprofessional to hide a position's salary range for an approved position.
