The interview process took about three weeks and included two HR calls, a technical interview, and a behavioral/technical interview. The HR experience was disorganized and frustrating. Although the other interviews were very friendly and excited.
Initially, I was told I was underqualified, then later informed they might have a role that fit my experience. After completing all interview stages, I was told they were preparing an offer letter. However, I was ghosted for a week by HR—despite multiple follow-ups—until I reached out to the interviewers on LinkedIn, which finally prompted a response.
In the fourth week, I was informed that the position had been closed. No communication in between, no explanation, just a sudden update.
Overall, it felt like a significant waste of time and energy, and the lack of transparency and professionalism from the HR side was disappointing.
