The process with Richard Cano was ok. Very long time. Took almost a whole month of going back and forth. From the beginning I was presented with a salary then over the month (3 interviews) of speaking he offered me a "new position" which he never mentioned would be a 50% pay cut. I was baited with the carrot then presented the radish during the last minute.
