I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Protiviti (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2015
Interview
They called me for a phone interview, and asked me tons of questions. Most were situational questions, and also behavioral questions. The interview went longer than I expected, about an hour on the phone. I was surprised on the amount of questions she asked me. She was trying to intimidate me.

Question 1
Explain a situation in which you solved a problem in your work environment
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Protiviti (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
Questions asked for both rounds seemed to be mainly culture fit and asking about past intern experiences. Interviewers were nice and were happy to answer any questions you had on the role. Though, expectedly the second round was slightly tougher. The questions weren't tough but just the intensity of having to think on your feet.
Quick and easy 3-part interview that took place over the course of a few weeks. Part 1 being an introduction Part 2 being a case study of rudimentary work for the position and Part 3 being a personality analysis.

How do you think that you can fit in to the culture at Protiviti?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Beginning with phone screening then behavioral interview, both interviewers were very nice and laid back. It was more conversational in my opinion. I have yet to reach the case interview yet but that is the next step.
