I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Protiviti in Feb 2022
Interview
Spoke with the individual in HR on a Wednesday. Interview went very well, and it ended up going over time. At the end of the call, she said that the next step of the interview process would be a case interview and that I would receive the case materials 24 hours before the next interview (she said that the next interview would take place next Wednesday, so a week from that current date). Followed up on that Friday just to say thanks.
Tuesday rolls around. No response, have not received the materials. I email her.
Wednesday rolls around. Still no response.
Thursday rolls around. I email her again. No response.
How can you make such a promise, lay out all the details, and not follow through? Pathetic.
First round was a behavioral interview with several questions about the ability to work in a collaborative environment and performance under pressure. Second round was more technical with questions about a diagram given before the interview and how to respond to certain technical scenarios.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Tampa, FL) in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied at my University's career fair and got selected for an interview within three days. The first interview was on campus and consisted of two parts: a thirty-minute case interview and a thirty-minute behavioral interview. The case interview consisted of mitigating risks in a process. The behavioral interview consisted of typical behavioral questions with a focus on working with teams. Within a week I was invited back for a second round interview. This interview was in the office and consisted of a presentation where you sell Protiviti to a client along with a couple of talks with upper management. The second part of the interview process could have been more transparent. Following the interview, I asked for an update. My update question was completely glossed over and I received a rejection letter a week later. Also, this company preaches diversity, but the office I visited was not diverse.
