La prima fase, dopo contatto telefonico, è stata una fase valutativa con l'ufficio HR. Svolto in Teams, è stato scorrevole e interessante: si sono evitate le domande "tradizionali" per passare direttamente alla discussione del percorso formativo e professionale. Il colloquio è stato poi continuato con un confronto sulle aspettative del candidato rispetto all'offerta aziendale per concludersi con un Q&A. Il percorso di valutazione è stato proficuo e oggettivo.

Interview
There was one screening call with an HR representative (campus recruiter) then an interview with a manager and then finally a case interview with another manager. Overall everyone was very friendly and gave me a great impression of the firm.
2 Interviews in 1 hr with the first 30 mins containing a case study and the other 30 mins is a classic interview with normal get to know you interview questions

They will ask you why you want to be a consultant and last interview they will give a case study beforehand and you will have to answer questions about the case study during the final interview.
