1 hr long interview. 30 minute behavioral and a 30-minute case. Really relaxed environment and enjoyable interview process. They are also very quick on getting back to you about offers or rejection. I would not stress too much about the interview and you get the case the night before.

Tell me how this process could be made more efficient
Both behavioral and case interview. Interviewers were friendly and made an effort to get to know me as a whole person. Both interviewers answered my questions about the company very openly and gave me a lot of insight into the consulting world.

I had a phone interview with HR, then a phone interview with a consultant, then an in person case interview and coffee with a consultant at the office. Overall, it took a little over a month and they were very responsive to all of my questions through email.
