Interview
Phone interview in January prior to a one hour long face to face interview in May. The interviews were both quite relaxed and not technical at all. This was all later reflected in the work environment.

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
