The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Dallas, TX) in May 2008
Interview
At my school, they basically interview anyone with a GPA greater than 3.25. They have a first round interview and make their cuts in one day, then have second round interviews, both on campus. They make another cut then invite recruits to a site visit. The site visit was another two interviews and a skills/personality test. They give a few presentations and take everyone to a really nice lunch/dinner.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why would your accounting background give you an edge in consulting?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Protiviti (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
Questions asked for both rounds seemed to be mainly culture fit and asking about past intern experiences. Interviewers were nice and were happy to answer any questions you had on the role. Though, expectedly the second round was slightly tougher. The questions weren't tough but just the intensity of having to think on your feet.
Quick and easy 3-part interview that took place over the course of a few weeks. Part 1 being an introduction Part 2 being a case study of rudimentary work for the position and Part 3 being a personality analysis.

Question 1
How do you think that you can fit in to the culture at Protiviti?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Beginning with phone screening then behavioral interview, both interviewers were very nice and laid back. It was more conversational in my opinion. I have yet to reach the case interview yet but that is the next step.
