Interview
I had my first round interview on campus with a Senior Manager and Director out of Protiviti's SF office. One 30-minute behavioral and one 30-minute case. Behavioral focused mostly on past team-based experiences, and was fairly easy. The case interview was structured around a diagram Protiviti sent me the night before, supplemented by the case background given at the beginning of the interview.
The second round was on-site in SF. The day was composed of presentations by a Managing Director, two 30-minute behavioral interviews with senior employees, a short group presentation, and lunch. Overall I had a great experience interviewing with Protiviti,

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you had to deal with a difficult team member.
For the first interview I was asked questions by two managers. These questions were mostly behavioral. For the second interview, I was given a case to solve (24 hour notice). This interview was roughly 30 mins and it was strictly about the case.
