Interview
Interview was very laid back. First part was a half hour behavioral interview, second part was a half hour case study. Applied online and within a week and a half I was contacted for an interview. One week later I was contacted for an office visit.

They asked about examples of team work multiple times throughout the behavioral interview. Make sure you are prepared to give multiple examples of team work.
Did a phone call first before the actual interview that was basically the behavioral. They asked about what practice and why then I had two interviews after with a director and it was more technical

Phone screening with HR, followed by a final round with a two-part behavioral/case interview. Final round focused on tying experiences back to the firm's values and process-based case designed to see how you think. Very straightforward.
