1st round was a phone screen- common behavioral questions. Be prepared to answer why you wanna work here, why internal audit, what your favorite class in college is, leadership scenario, and resume questions

Tell me about any leadership experiences you’ve had and what did you learn from it?
There was an initial introductory call and then they followed up to do two formal interviews. This consisted of a behavioral interview (formal interview style questions) and case study. It was super easy and very casual

There was a recruiter screening that just went over general information, then two 30-minute interviews, first a behavioral interview with general questions that are always asked, then a case interview that consisted of being asked some hypothetical questions.
