Overall my interview process was really great. There was the typical screening with HR (over the phone), getting to know you and discuss your qualifications. Next I met the Director of Ops at one of the local stores and we talked more about my previous roles and what I wanted out of the role I was applying for. Then I spoke (over the phone) with the Senior Brand Manager to talk about initiatives I could bring to increase sales and catering. My third interview was with the CEO and his interview was really in depth. Samir was more interested in my growth within last companies and how I wanted to help Protein Bar grow. I learned so much about the company culture and what to expect in my role after speaking with him. The next interview I was flown to the company head quarters (called the SSC) and had a one day, hands on experience in the role. I met so many people within the company and had 1-on-1's to discuss their role and how we would interact. A few weeks later I was offered the job over the phone and then followed with an official offer letter.
