The whole process felt very smooth and friendly, The Company's HR truly supported me, and throughout the process, I felt her on my side. I had an interview with two hiring managers and even though I didn't go through, I just fell in love with them ))

The interview felt like a one-way evaluation. There was no dedicated time or opportunity to ask questions or engage in a meaningful discussion about the role, team dynamics, or long-term prospects at Prospera. This omission left me feeling like the process was incomplete and did not fully consider the candidate's perspective. Seems like HR and management have lot of communication gap too.
