Three interviews: a screener and two 1-hour interviews. They send the questions in advance. The earlier interview questions were more general (why do you want this role) and the later interview questions involved a lot of scenarios (if you were to take this role, where would you start, etc). I thought that the whole process was done really well and professionally, and honestly in a pretty timely manner with about 2 weeks between each step. I found that they were pretty serious about the time though (only 60 minutes) so if I did it again I would've condensed some stories so I could have more time at the end for asking questions and more casual conversation.

Question 1
What sparks your interest about this opportunity and working at Prosper Portland?
Saw the job posted on LinkedIn, went through the Prosper Portland application and interview process. The interviewers provided the questions ahead of time which was great. I did not hear back for a few weeks, so I reached out to hear that the position was filled. That's a bad sign.

Question 1
What are the biggest challenges facing small business in Portland? Can you give an example of a time when you successfully engaged a community or business in a new initiative?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Prosper Portland (Portland, OR) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interview process was extremely slow for only having two rounds. They also waited over two weeks to contact me and tell me I was not selected. The offered to gather feedback from the panel, but then all that was shared was why they selected the other candidate. “They had a breadth of experience.” Not actually feedback.
