Prospance interview questions

They taking 4 round's first sourcing test ,two telephonic rounds and final they asked me to work whole day I agreed I went that is the worst I never ever seen before, team lead MANOJ , he don't know nothing his communication is worst, most of time he watching movies in office , why they hire I don't know

Interview was very weak, they shortlist anyone, make them work for 30days and if they like he can continue or else they will terminate him without notice. Very easy questions are asked like elaborate your total experience and they will relate it to their work. No other technical questions are asked.
