Prophase Marketing interview questions

The first interview consisted of an introductory phone call, where they tell you about the opportunity and general information about the company. The interviewer asked me general sales questions; what makes a good salesperson, describe your sales experience, etc. I was invited to a second round of interviews where I set an interview time. The interviewer never showed to the meeting and did not even respond to a follow up email afterwards. I understand things happen, but it’s common courtesy to at least follow up. There was zero communication after I set a time to meet. Overall, the position was not competitively compensated for todays market. They only offer 5 pto days available to you after a 90 day probationary period and major holidays off. The interviewer asked me if I was comfortable having software on my work computer that would track key strokes and screen time. From previous reviews I read, they are all accurate from my initial perception.
