Prometheus Biosciences Senior Director, Analytics interview questions

Job posting was for a senior director role. Interviewed with the company only to find out it was "up to a" senior director role. Felt like a bait-and-switch. Salary range is also extremely wide, and the company didn't provide a real salary range. Indicates they do not have a clear idea of what they are hiring for. They just wanted to lowball the cheapest candidate they can afford.
