I thought I was applying for a jr. Acounting position but it was a sale rep. They didn't go in detail about their business unless you asked.it's a base pay plus compensation but he would not tell me base pay. Interview was about 10 minutes really quick.

Interview
It was pretty basic. Went over my experience, and honestly Nathan is a cool dude so the conversation flowed, and usually ended up talking about hair haha. Nothing to be nervous about. Although you may want to bring a jacket, he prefers the office to be considerably freezing in temperature.

Interview
The total process took about a week to complete. I was contacted pretty quickly after applying online and got the first interview set up for later that week. The first interview only lasted about 15 minutes but helped me understand the nature of the business a lot better. The second interview was 8 hours but went by pretty quickly as well. I got to shadow someone in their role which answered the rest of my questions.
