Project Guardianship Client Financial Associate interview questions

During the interview process, I had an experience that left me feeling disrespected. The interviewer repeatedly brought up my personal education decisions, even though they were not relevant to the position. I was disappointed that the conversation did not focus on discussing qualifications, skills, and experiences that are directly related to the job. I am deeply passionate about making a positive difference in disadvantaged communities and I believe that my abilities and dedication should have been the center of the discussion. It felt like an interrogation rather than a formal interview. I would advise future candidates to be aware of this behavior.
