Progressive Leasing Senior Systems Engineer interview questions

Telephone screening by recruiter. The recruiter asked me how much I was currently making which I thought was a bit unprofessional. The recruiter told me that they would get back to me the next day and the recruiter never contacted me. I followed up with two phone calls and an email, but never heard from them again.
