This interview was myself reading questions. And recording the answer on video. Not exactly a comfortable situation. Obviously there is no rapport on video. It felt very impersonal and not the type of company I care to work for.

Typical question, tell me about a time you had bad customer service.
After taking an assessment, I was invited to a zoom interview. I was interviewed by two people that asked me about my customer service background and if I had insurance experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jan 2021

They contacted me to schedule the interview. It was about 15 minutes long and I did not take a lot away from the interview process. I would not work here
