Interview
The first part was an online assessment.
Second was a video response to questions you pre record for them.
Thirs part was an actual video call with a person who has reviewed your answers and resume.
Ultimately I didn't get it. They said that the other people interviewed had more time at their previous jobs which reflected to them more of a history of job stability.
If you are a military spouse (which I am) then tha may not work in your favor. Being a military spouse causes you to move. You take temp jobs if necessary while looking for more permanent work. So I guess that cane make it seem that you don't have job stability.
I was disappointed as I have worked in claims before and I felt (and was told) I had a great grasp and understanding of the role. However since they said that there others who interviewed that had more job stability, they went with them.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
