Way too complex of a process for an entry level job. The assessment took about an hour and was part high school SAT and part personality test. The second part was a one way self recorded video submission. After spending an hour and a half of my own time I get an auto rejection, no feedback or anything. A company that asks you to invest so much of your time without ever speaking to you or establishing mutual interest is downright odd. I would not apply in the future.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
