Very very drawn out. The real test is if you can make it through without falling asleep. You just answer every question using the STAR method. I felt like a robot.

Submit resume, if they like it, you fill out app, if they like that you take assessment, if you pass you get a phone interview, then go in for an on-site assessment, then with senior management members you have an interview.
