It all begins with an online application followed by a lengthy questionnaire. If approved, an intense background check takes place along with verification of employment and education. Once these steps have been successfully completed, an in person interview and tour of the campus follows.

It takes about a month to hear back. You fill out the application and then you have to take an assessment. After that you’ll get a email to do a video interview. The. You will get a phone interview. If you are selected you then have to do a background check and work history check.

Interview
Very straight forwards. Asked a lot about past sales experience and ability to deescalate situations. They seemed to be very friendly and people oriented. I loved how straight forwards the whole process was and would recommend them to anybody.
Applied online, received email to do online test, then email to do virtual interview. Still waiting to hear back. It has only been a few days so hopefully something next week.
