Interview
I completed the assessment which was compiled of math and personality questions. About a week after the assessment, I was offered to complete a video interview through HireVue where a pre-recorded video is used to ask you questions about your work experience. It's is important to practice your answers as they use the S.T.A.R (Situation, Task, Action, and Results) method. You have six days to complete the video interview, so use that time working on the star method of your experience. Two days after submitting the video interview, I was asked to schedule an interview in which I would be interviewed by a hiring manager. The star method is also used in this interview. I was asked about 5 questions such as describe a time when a customer was pleased with the results you provided. Overall the process is okay as long as you remember to use the star method.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
