I applied for the position on 3/5. I received an email for a video interview on 3/11. I completed the video interview on 3/17. I received a call from a recruiter on 3/18 with feedback from my video interview and to schedule a 1 on 1 interview with a hiring manager. That interview took place on 3/22. The position was offered to me on 3/24. Background check then took place and once cleared, I received my start date. Overall, from my application date to my start date will be just over 6 weeks. I was kept informed throughout the process. The recruiter, Natalie, was very helpful as well. Any questions that I had regarding salary or benefits were quickly answered. If you read other reviews that mention an assessment, this position did not require that to be completed. The entire interview process was a lot, in full transparency. Many different behavioral questions. The video interview was awkward and was through a 3rd party vendor. You are asked 8 (If I am remembering correctly) questions. You watch a video clip of someone asking a question, you have 30 seconds to prepare, and then answer. You do have 1 attempt to re-record your answer. BE AWARE that if you wind up liking your 1st attempt better, you are only able to submit the 2nd attempt. The one on one interview with the hiring manager was much more comfortable as you received feed back and follow up questions. I’ve happily accepted the position. STAR method and 5 questions. Be ready to answer questions about managing your work, customer loyalty, decision making and adaptability. You should also be ready to discuss why you’d be a good fit and also practice your scenarios.
