I had a first round interview, and then I was selected for 2 final interviews. All interviews were behavioral using the STAR format. Because of the pandemic, all interviews were virtual.

Focused on Behavioral not really technical. Tell me about a time you experienced XX and how did you resolve it / decide how to move forward. Very focused on soft skills and decision making.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Cleveland, OH) in Oct 2022
Interview
All questions were behavioral but emphasis on tech. The first day was a meet and greet/dinner. The second day consisted of two rounds of interviews lasting between 45 mins and 1 hour. Very relaxed.
