I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
Applied 03/2020 and a week later they emailed me requesting a video interview. You have to watch videos and answer the 8 questions while looking into your webcam. I hate when there's no human interaction at all so right off the bat that should be a major red flag! If you do not even have the decency to invite the person into the office, set a phone call, or set up a two way video call then you clearly don't care. I have my claims adjuster license with no experience (that's why I filled out the trainee position) and a bachelors degree. I did email the recruiter asking pretty much why I was denied and what are they looking for.
