I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
After putting in an application and completing the assessment I was selected for a pre-recorded interview. I did my research and felt prepared to record my responses to interview questions that would need to be answered in the STAR method. The recorded interview was okay since you had time between each question to settle your nerves for the next question. Within 2 days I was informed of their decision. The whole process took about 2 weeks.

Interview
Applied and was given an invitation to take the assessment. Took the assessment and the next day scheduled the Video Interview. This is where there are pre-recorded questions that you are asked. It’s nice because you can practice an answer and get your thoughts organized and then re-record your answer. After the video interview I received a next step interview request where I scheduled an interview with a supervisor about a week later. Had that interview; lots of behavioral questions and make sure you practice the STAR method for answering. That interview took place on a Wednesday, I was given a contingent offer based on background check on the following Monday. Background check application was sent in on Tuesday and received my offer on the following Wednesday! The whole process took about a month but it gives you plenty of time to prepare for your interviews.

Interview
I found the assessment test to be ridiculous for an entry level sales position. The follow up phone interview went well. They explain position and then ask basic star questions. It was a couple hours long with 2 different managers.
