After an SAT like assessment and personality test, I was sent an email which allowed me to schedule a phone interview at my convenience. During the 25 minute call I was asked to go over my resume in detail and explain the different positions. I was also asked about my education and then asked standard interview questions. Was told I will hear back next week.
Asked my own questions: Work load? 55+ hour work weeks. Do you need P&C license? No

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
