Jan 9- Received Email saying I qualified to move to the next step
Jan 10- Received Email to schedule phone Interview
Jan 17- Phone interview and background check started
Jan 18- Received phone call to schedule face to face interview
Jan 24- Face to Face interview
Jan 25- Received phone call to inform me that the background check was almost completed and that once complete, they would make an official job offer.

8 prerecorded behavioral questions, 2 attempts to record 3 min answers which must be delivered in STAR format. Wish I had a few days to prep, I would have done much better. I was invited to the next round of interviews, so I guess it was alright. There are some helpful YouTube videos about preparing in advance for behavioral style questions and the STAR format. I suggest taking time out to study those a few days before hand.

4 part interview process. Including a virtual and phone interview. The virtual interview provides a helpful before video to test practice the questions and answers. Phone interview took 29 mins to complete and the virtual interview took 45 mins
