Interview
Long, serious process so far, first assesment was about an hour long and included an interactive call center employee test (need sound for this) and included situational questions. Second assesment was about 45 minutes and was more intense in regards to math, graphs, and mapping sales but a calculator available and process of elimination made this not too bad. I just finished my telephone interview, person intervieing me was nice and personable- didn't feel to forced. This included job history, questions about what I had heard or researched about Progressive as well as leading questions such as 'tell me about a time that you had a difficult customer'. They send multiple emails telling you what to expect so I knew the kind of questions they may ask ahead of time. Make sure to have questions for them such as "what is the culture of the company like?" "what kind of turn around do they have?" "what kind of promotions are available, or is there upward mobility'. They explained pretty thoroughly what to expect in this job. Next step is in person interview- hoping I get this job! I loved how serious they take it, means to me that they really care to have the RIGHT employees within their company.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions. After the recorded interview, I received an email to schedule another online interview but live with the leadership team.
