5 interviews and massive training. We went through many training program s. We studied to pass the property and casualty test. We were trained how to take the test and how to apply it to our position. Then after passing the test the next challenge was the ambition to sell.

They use the STAR interview format. First is a phone call, then a zoom or in person interview. You also need to take a personality test and some general math questions.

Very informative and please use the Star method when responding to interview questions. The interview lasted about close to a hour but it felt like 20mins. The interviewer was very relatable.
