Very in depth process with visits to multiple offices to meet with managers. It was very insightful to have a working interview for a half day. It gave me a sense of what it would take to be success as a recruiter along with the dynamic of the teams.

Interview
I was asked to come into the office twice. First interview could have been done over video call but I was required to come in. 2nd interview was a 3-HOUR interview shadowing an account manager. I was then asked if I would be willing to work more than 40 hours on a consistent basis. I was asked about my marital status. What I gathered from the interview was you are required to be dressed professionally in a “fast-paced environment” (in other words, working three jobs and being paid for one) while placing entry-level candidates in mediocre jobs.
