I interviewed with the Lab manager and a few other scientists. Majority of the interview was the manager discussing the position. I spoke briefly about myself and my experience. A few other scientists entered the room and asked pretty surface level questions. Whole experience lasted about 2 1/2 hours.
The whole experience was much more casual than I expected. Lab manager was very casual. I have since heard and seen that the interview process varies greatly. Be prepared to interview with the company president depending on the role you are interested in.
I do think your interview is tailored to your resume. More experience on your resume will mean different management positions present during the interview.
They look for good personality and good teamwork/communication and people skills during the interview and you may be taken for a tour of the lab where you can interact with the scientists.
