Two rounds of interviews, one with the HR online, and one with the team manager at their office in Eindhoven. There were no harsh questions but basic ones regarding your past experience.

1. Aptitude test completed 2. Coding assignment completed Face to face interview was scheduled. I was there 15 mins before the interview. The interviewer came 20 mins later than the scheduled time. They asked rushed questions on the way to the interview room. They went through my CV(they had printed copy of it) in front of me, looked like it was the first time. I was informed that there would be 2 different projects where there will be positions open for my profile. An engineer from one project was called to take a technical interview. They came after 10 mins. They also went through my CV for the first time, it was just a 10 min discussion about my experience. They informed me that the first Interviewer would come and left the room. The first Interviewer came after 20 mins. They told me that there was no open position in the second project, that it is already filled. The first project requires someone with more experience. So, no offer was presented. On the way back to the reception, the first Interviewer threw out the CV in the trash in front of me. No technical questions were asked. No questions asked related to the coding assignment. Basically it was a waste of time, as it seemed they wanted someone with more experience. This information is evident from my CV. It could have been avoided if they had reviewed my CV before hand. Overall the interview process was not very professional.
