The interview process was straightforward and relaxed, focused entirely on behavioral questions. The questions were quite basic — centered around past experiences, team dynamics, and handling challenges. What stood out was how conversational it felt; rather than a formal Q&A, it was more like an open discussion. I felt like I was sharing my experiences with a colleague or a friend, which made it easy to be authentic and thoughtful in my responses.
