Después de usar su página web para ingresar mis datos y mi CV, fui contactada para hacer una prueba de aptitud que consistía de preguntas de lógica y de personalidad. Después tuve una entrevista por Zoom con alguien de Recursos Humanos y me hicieron preguntas extremadamente ambiguas.

Question 1
Imagina que trabajas en P&G y vas manejando al trabajo. Vas a tiempo, pero hay un accidente y te atoras en el tráfico. Tienes dos opciones: esperar en el tráfico y llegar tarde a una junta muy importante, o tomar una calle en sentido contrario para evitar el tráfico y llegar a tiempo a tu junta.

Es una entrevista que tiene como motivo conocerte más, qué retos has enfrentado y como te has desarrollado en conflictos. Además de tener como objetivo conocer tus habilidades para solucionar problemas y tus valores como persona.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Frankfurt am Main) in Mar 2026
Interview
there are thee online interveiws after passing online test. it took 2 months to have first interview opportunity. Each interview usually take 1hour and based on behavior and how to make decision. Also one interviewer I met asked deeper to understand (e.g what is impact of our action in future)
Applied online, then completed an online cognitive and personality assessment. Passed that and had 2-3 rounds of behavioral interviews (~45 min each), conducted virtually with managers. Questions were STAR-format focused on leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. Overall process took about 2-4 weeks.
