I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Geneva) in Sept 2015
Interview
First round was a personality test and a logical reasoning test. The personality test should be filled in with quite some confidence, making sure you have numerous leadership experiences and coaching experiences. Logical reasoning was in my case only in figures, had enough time to fill it in. Next round was a telephone interview of half an hour which was quite relaxed and close to what you can expect.
I'm now going to have the last round at the office, so got through the first rounds.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you give me an example of when you had a conflict within a group, and how you handled this.
In personality test: Describe the situations where you showed leadership including the institution and your position
The process was straightforward and easy. It typically begins with an online application and a short assessment that evaluates cognitive and situational judgment skills. This is followed by one or two interviews, which are more conversational and centered around your motivation for the role, communication skills, and examples of leadership or initiative—often using the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method.
Interviews for the academy week application: there were two rounds of 1hr interviews on behavioural and situational questions. Interviewers have 5 behavioural and 2 situational questions to ask the interviewee. They will also ask follow up questions on what you have said.
I applied online. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Rome) in Dec 2024
Interview
Step lunghi ma pressoché tutti simili, voglio capire come ragioni. bisogna dimostrarsi abili e reattivi, premiano il pensiero veloce e scaltro, ragionando sempre ad ottenere la massima ricompensa... apprezzata la parlantina
