Interview
Begins with an online application and proceeded with online tests of both reasoning and situational questions. Then one 1 on 1 phone interview and since I live in Ohio, a back to back in person interview with 2 interviewers. Interviewers were all friendly and down to earth, however asked a lot of behavioral questions.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

Contribution to improving processes - simplify and/or automate
3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
